Draft Planning Scheme Amendment

What will the draft planning scheme amendment propose?

The draft planning scheme amendment for the Western Renewables Link will propose to insert an incorporated document with project specific conditions and apply a Specific Controls Overlay to affected land parcels, without altering the underlying zones and overlays. The existing Bulgana Terminal Station and the proposed site for the new terminal station near Bulgana will be rezoned to Special Use Zone with a terminal station specific schedule.
