Roadside (public land) – Soil resistivity testing
Soil resistivity testing will be conducted within public roadsides in the week commencing 29 January 2025 and we expect these surveys to be completed within 5 days. These tests will assist the project with understanding how well electricity can flow through the ground (conductivity)and the survey findings will support the design of the earthing system for the proposed Western Renewables Link transmission line.
Survey teams will not be entering private property as part of this work.
AusNet will send email and SMS notifications to neighbouring landholders where we have contact details. If you are a landholder along the proposed route and want to register your contact details, please contact us via 1800 975 975 or info@westernrenewableslink.com.au.
